So, till I think of something better to do with this guy, i'm afraid the page will stay put. With the exception of "my family" page, I almost feel apologetic for the stuff that i had put up. While i obviously don't expect too many ppl to land up here, I wouldn't mind any useful suggestions from someone who does..]
If any of you has visited this page earlier, you would realize that a few changes have taken place. However since the more likely event is of that not holding true, i'll explain a bit further. My starting line used to be "Having reached this far, the most likely case is that you either know me or want to know me." It took me a while to realize that by saying this I was automatically narrowing down - narrowing down greatly - the number of people who could enjoy the contents which i've put as well as those which i intend to.
There definitely, and quite naturally, are certain portions which are probably useful only to the people who 'know me or want to do so', like a page about my family - something i'm really proud of. Of a similar classification would be a page describing some of the people, mostly friends, i've come in contact with. This will be up and about in a short while (or so i hope).
Then comes the stuff of interest to a much wider audience than the 'know me or want to do so' variety. For starters there is this page dedicated to my favourite cartoon and comic characters. Mind you, I have still kept this class seperate from the Asterix & Obelix link 'coz I believe that the latter are in a class of their own.
At present i'm in the process of putting up the "knowledge links" alongside. What i envisage is bits 'n pieces of gyaan from my end (either original or borrowed) alongwith a collection of some links on the topic (preferably those which don't manage to land up in the first few pages of a search via a search engine). Alongwith other changes, this is something which i'll always try to upgrade and/or change. SO KEEP TUNED.
